Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and klwinmy ("klwinmy", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://klwinmy.cam. Account Registration & Security

To access gambling services on klwinmy, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information. klwinmy may, at its discretion, require additional documentation to verify your identity, address, payment method, or source of funds at any point during your use of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your klwinmy account must be made through the approved payment channels listed on the Platform. klwinmy supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). Available methods may vary by transaction amount and account status.

All standard account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the confirmed transaction. Exchange rates are determined by klwinmy and may differ from market reference rates.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds (excluding locked bonus balances) at any time via the withdrawal section of your account. klwinmy aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within five minutes, DuitNow and FPX transfers within fifteen minutes, and bank wire transfers within sixty minutes. These are target ranges and not binding guarantees; actual processing times may vary.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the offer terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active in your account, your maximum permitted stake per round or bet is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500, unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in bonus voidance.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute between 10% and 20%. Check the specific offer terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not utilised or wagered within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) will be removed from your account together with any associated winnings.

Intellectual Property

klwinmy's total liability in respect of any claim arising from a single incident shall not exceed the net deposit amount processed in connection with the relevant account transaction, or MYR 500, whichever is lower. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. klwinmy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Players acknowledge that participation in gambling activities involves inherent financial risk.

Suspension & Termination

klwinmy may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC requirements, violation of applicable law, or at klwinmy's reasonable discretion for the protection of the Platform's integrity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting klwinmy customer support. Pending verification of your identity and absence of outstanding obligations, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via an approved payment method. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

klwinmy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
